Our vermiculite refractory products are made of high-purity expanded vermiculite and special inorganic binders, produced via precision molding and high-temperature sintering (1200-1300℃). They feature excellent high-temperature resistance, with long-term working temperature up to 1000℃ and short-term maximum temperature of 1200℃.

With bulk density of 400-500kg/m³, cold crushing strength ≥2.5MPa and low thermal conductivity (0.10-0.16W/(m·K) at 600℃), they are lightweight, easy to install, and have superior thermal shock resistance and chemical inertness, resisting acid, alkali and molten metal erosion.
